Responsibilities Complete one 1-hour in-store visit at your assigned retailer location every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand's flagship product line – ask great questions and explain product benefits in clear, friendly language Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays at every visit (reference photos provided during training) Check in and check out on-site via the Ubeya app and submit post-visit photos + reporting before clocking out Maintain a professional in-store presence: clean polo + jeans (no rips/holes) and visible brand-issued name badge at all times Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing - Acosta Group professionally at all times — you are the face of the brand inside the retailer Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in-store visit Requirements Reliable transportation to assigned retailer location Smartphone for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting Ability to commit to a bi-monthly cadence (one 1-hour visit every 8 weeks) Residential mailing address for brand-issued name badge (no PO Boxes) Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first in-store visit Not currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta (dual employment not permitted) Core Competencies Demonstrates strong customer engagement and training skills, effectively communicating product benefits to shoppers and retailer associates.
