Warehouse Order Selector

Role Overview This position involves selecting products from warehouse racks to fulfill customer orders, assembling, palletizing, and wrapping pallets for shipment. It requires operating powered industrial equipment and working in dry, cooled, or frozen environments. Key Responsibilities Locate, lift, and handle various grocery and perishable products accurately and efficiently. Operate equipment such as pallet jacks safely and conduct routine safety inspections. Report damaged, missing, or low-stock items and ensure proper product wrapping to prevent damage. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow verbal and written instructions to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced setting. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED preferred. Prior experience in order selecting and operating warehouse equipment is preferred. Ability to work accurately and safely in multi-temperature environments. Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance, stand, walk, crouch, bend, and operate foot controls. Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and adapt to warehouse conditions. Physical & Work Environment Must work in varying temperatures, handle physical tasks, and endure moderate to high noise levels. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime is required.
