This individual will lead a team of three (including two direct reports) and serve as both a technical leader and product owner for the organization's digital employee experience program.Lead and mentor a team responsible for Digital Experience Management (DEX).Drive strategy, optimization, and continuous improvement of the Digital Experience program.Own and evolve the organization's highly customized NextThink environment.Design, develop, and maintain automated remediation solutions using PowerShell and NextThink Remote Actions.Lead major initiatives such as endpoint reboot process redesigns, vulnerability-driven reboot strategies, and proactive issue remediation.Partner with stakeholders to align NextThink capabilities and roadmap with business objectives.Act as an internal advocate and product owner for the NextThink platform.If you are interested in this role, please apply!Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Atlanta, GA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $139000.00/yr.
