You’ll Handle End-to-end operation of CNC machines to meet exact part specs and finish requirements. Blueprint and technical document interpretation to guide setups and runs. Continuous monitoring and fine-tuning to sustain quality and throughput. Basic maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Strict adherence to machine and shop safety standards. Accurate logging of production metrics and machine status. Collaboration with peers to streamline workflows and improve cycle times. Must-Have Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (CNC technical training is a plus). Proven background as a CNC machine operator or similar. Solid understanding of CNC machinery and fundamental programming principles. Ability to read blueprints and technical specs confidently. High attention to detail with strong troubleshooting ability. Effective communicator who works well in teams. Availability for flexible scheduling and overtime as needed.
