Full-Time Car Wash Attendant

Starting Pay: $13.00/hour
Schedule: 38–40 hours per week
Must be 18+ and available to work weekends

Xclusive Auto Spa is hiring a Full-Time Car Wash Attendant to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, comfortable talking with customers, and willing to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment. This position includes customer service, membership sales, vehicle preparation, and keeping the facility clean and professional.

There is opportunity for advancement for employees who show strong performance, reliability, leadership, and a good work ethic.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Explain wash options and sell car wash memberships
• Prepare vehicles before they enter the wash tunnel
• Assist with safely guiding vehicles through the wash process
• Pay close attention to customer vehicles and surroundings
• Keep the property, equipment, and work areas clean
• Assist customers when needed
• Work with the team to keep operations running smoothly
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be available to work 38–40 hours per week
• Weekend availability is required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable talking with customers and selling memberships
• Dependable and punctual
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Able to work well with a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Willing to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, humidity, and other weather conditions
• Able to stand and remain active for extended periods
• Previous customer service, sales, retail, or car wash experience is a plus, but not required
