**Join Our Team as an Outpatient Physical Therapist!** **Job Description:** * Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of patients? * Join our dynamic outpatient team as a Physical Therapist, providing exceptional care to individuals with neuromusculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory conditions. * Your expertise in evaluation and treatment will help restore function, promote mobility, and enhance overall health. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assess and treat patients according to physician orders, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of physical and psychological factors. * Develop, implement, and monitor personalized plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. * Administer a variety of physical therapy modalities including therapeutic exercises, heat and cold therapies, ultrasound, and more. * Maintain open communication with referring physicians regarding patient progress and treatment efficacy. * Educate patients and their families on home programs and ensure understanding through return demonstrations. * Supervise and mentor PT Assistants and Rehabilitation Assistants during treatment sessions. * Maintain detailed records of patient treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries. * Participate in quality assurance measures and ongoing professional development to stay at the forefront of the field. **Qualifications:** * Doctorate, Master’s, Bachelor’s, or Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy. * Current New Mexico Physical Therapist licensure. * BLS certification required. * Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. * Strong organizational skills and accountability in assessment and time management. **Schedule:** * Full-Time position with shifts from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM. * No weekend or on-call requirements. **Dress Code:** * Khaki pants and a white polo. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** * At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country. * Enjoy competitive pay, seamless onboarding, and a supportive recruiter who’s with you every step of the way. * Join us — where your expertise makes a difference every day!
