Position: Trusts & Estates Attorney
Salary: $115k - $140k/year + Bonus, with potential flexibility on salary depending on experience
Location: Dover, Keene, or Lebanon, NH
Schedule: Primarily onsite, with potential hybrid flexibility depending on the candidate and supervising partner

Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney to join a growing practice in Dover, Keene, or Lebanon, NH. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of trusts and estates, estate planning, probate, elder law, trust administration, or related experience and the ability to manage matters independently while cultivating long-term client relationships. Responsibilities:
- Advise clients regarding estate planning, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related matters.
- Draft and review estate planning documents.
- Handle probate and trust administration matters.
- Counsel individuals and families regarding wealth preservation and succession planning.
- Assist clients with guardianships, conservatorships, elder law, and Medicaid planning matters as applicable.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources including financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals.
- Contribute to business development and practice growth.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- 5-10 years of Trusts & Estates, Estate Planning, Probate, Elder Law, or related experience.
- Active license to practice law in New Hampshire, or ability to obtain admission promptly.
- Experience independently managing estate planning and/or probate matters.
- Strong drafting, client counseling, and relationship-building skills.
- Established referral relationships, client relationships, or portable business strongly preferred.
- Interest in business development and growing a long-term practice.
