In this role, you will represent client brands at promotional campaigns, events, and customer-facing activations. You will help create positive brand experiences by engaging with potential customers, communicating key information clearly, and presenting each brand in a professional and approachable way.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands professionally during promotional campaigns and events.
• Engage with customers and introduce products, services, and promotional offers.
• Communicate brand messages clearly and confidently.
• Create welcoming and memorable experiences for potential customers.
• Answer general questions and provide accurate information about represented brands.
• Support the setup, organization, and execution of promotional activities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign and performance objectives.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate useful insights to the team.
• Maintain a polished, professional, and positive presence during all interactions.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to strengthen promotional and communication skills.
