General Production Associate
Our client, a leading food manufacturing industry, is seeking a General Production Associate to join their team. As a General Production Associate you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Assembly Line. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: General Production Associate
Location: Avon, NY
Pay Range: $18.12-$19.12
Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift available
What's the Job?
- Assemble products by providing supplies and placing package components into specified tray compartments.
- Inspect finished packages for quality defects and grade rejects based on established standards.
- Place finished packages into cartons and palletize for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, removing re-work and trash regularly.
- Monitor packaging equipment such as tray sealers and cartoners for proper operation and quality output.
What's Needed?
- Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8-12 hours per shift.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Able to work in a colder work environment
- Reliable transportation with a strong work ethic.
- Able to work any mandatory over time including weekends
- Able to acquire steel toe shoes
