We are seeking reliable, customer-focused individuals to join our team as  Cashiers / Customer Service Associates in both  Full-Time and Part-Time capacities. As the face of our store, you will greet customers, process transactions quickly and accurately, and offer helpful product recommendations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys engaging with people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Issue receipts, track daily transactions, and accurately manage register drawers.
• Share product knowledge and offer personalized recommendations.
• Assist with inventory management, stock shelves, and maintain organized displays.
• Keep the checkout area and storefront clean, orderly, and welcoming.
• Adhere strictly to all state liquor laws, age verification protocols, and company policies.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve minor concerns with a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with store managers and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older (required for handling and selling alcohol).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and basic math skills with high attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts as needed.
• Previous retail, cashier, or customer service experience is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Familiarity with spirits, wine, and beer products is a strong plus.

Benefits & Schedule

• Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
• Schedule: Day shifts, evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Pay: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour (based on experience)
