About the Role

The Company is in search of a Managing Partner to lead the development and management of a team of financial representatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, selecting, and onboarding new team members, as well as providing hands-on training and mentorship to ensure their success. Key responsibilities include representing the company at various events, and activities, and supporting the team in a collaborative and service-oriented manner. Applicants for the Managing Partner position at the company should be prepared to obtain and retain the necessary financial licenses, including Series 6, 63, and 26, or have a Series 26 (or 24) license, or be willing to quickly obtain the required licenses. The role requires a candidate with previous financial services experience, a commitment to honesty and integrity, and a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor others.
