Director's Action Group Support

DescriptionAs a Program Analyst supporting a Satellite Program Office Chief-of-Staff (CoS) provide direct support to a government customer in execution of their duties and responsibilities. Assist the CoS in managing their Director's Action Group (DAG) responsibilities, preparing the Weekly Activity Report (WAR), and preparing for Program Management Reviews (PMRs). Provide back-up support to Program Director’s senior admin, when needed.Key duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Work in an interactive team environment with Government customer leads, satellite developers, and other subject matter expertsManage Program Office Director's Action Group (DAG) Manage Actions assigned to Program Office using the Tracking Information and Enterprise Response (TIER) action tracking system. Gather information, draft, coordinate, and submit Action responses as appropriateEvaluate previous action responses for similar requests to minimize impact on organizationAssign TIER actions and monitor progress for those actions requiring SME supportProofread action responses and coordinate as appropriateManage action completion to maximize responsiveness and minimize requests for extensionsMaintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for DAG supportProvide support for Program Office Chief of Staff (CoS) activities to include: planning & execution of Program Management Reviews (PMRs); production and staffing of the Weekly Activity Report (WAR); maintaining the New Employee HandbookManage briefings for Quarterly Program Reviews (QPR) and PMRs to ensure appropriate coordination and messagingSchedule, coordinate, provide logistical support for, and help prepare PMR and Quarterly Program Reviews (QPR) presentations/briefings for the Program Director, as neededDevelop briefings, slick sheets, point papers, and other work products to ensure consistent messaging for the Program DirectorFacilitate IT requests for the program office (order workstations, headsets, software, etc)Oversee program member’s access to various software programs and databases to effectively facilitate collaboration with prime contractorManage Program office memorabilia creation, production, and distribution salesQualificationsBachelor’s Degree six (6) years or more of related experience; Masters and four (4)) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and zero (0) years or more experienceAt least 4 years of experience working in a Government Program Office supportingExperience using the NRO customer’s TIER action item systemExperience using MSOffice application, especially PowerPoint to prepare briefings and update Action Item status presentationsExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsActive TS/SCI w/ CI Poly Job Field: Program ManagementTravel: No
