About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Labor & Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years Labor and Delivery experience required License: New Hampshire RN License or Compact (must be uploaded) Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification Must-Have: Proficient in all aspects of a Labor and Delivery unit, including delivery, mother/baby care, postpartum, nursery, and newborn resuscitation Description: Candidates will provide care in all aspects of a Labor and Delivery unit. Caring for patients will involve delivery, postpartum, and mother/baby care. Candidate must be proficient in all Labor and Delivery specialties. The approach is to provide personalized pregnancy care with an emphasis on support and empowerment. The role involves providing nursing care to patients from infancy through the adult life span. Knowledge of age-related growth and development will be utilized to individualize the nursing process. Compliance items must be ordered, collected, and resulted within five days of offer acceptance. Requests for time off must be noted during the application process. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Travelers may not take all holidays off and must work scheduled holidays as required. Candidates must have their own vehicle.
