Responsibilities Provide specialized wound care treatment in an outpatient, inpatient, or post-acute setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans. Educate patients and caregivers on wound care management. Requirements Unrestricted NP License in state of practice. Must pass state and federal background checks. Basic EHR knowledge. Team player. At least 1 year of wound care experience. Wound Care Certification (preferred). Must own a vehicle to commute to centers throughout the day. Must be willing to commute to various boroughs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pinnaclewoundmanagement
