Senior Product Manager

Goose is building the operating system for multi-service pet care businesses—boarding, daycare, grooming, and training. Our platform streamlines operations, enhances the customer experience, and drives revenue growth. Headquartered in Chicago, we blend modern technology with industry know-how to serve an essential but historically underserved market.
In February 2025, we raised a $13.4M seed round from B Capital, First Round Capital, The 81 Collection, Imaginary Ventures, and BoxGroup. Were growing quickly and looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape our strategy and scale with us.
Lead discovery and research with customers who rely on Goose to run complex, high-volume pet care businesses
Turn user insights into clear product requirements, partnering closely with design and engineering from concept to launch
Define product metrics, instrument the product, and champion a data-driven approach across the team
Contribute across the business—from onboarding to sales support—wherever product input is needed
Help execute our AI roadmap by building tools tailored to real workflows in pet care
What Were Looking For
Experience with API-first products and enterprise customers
Interest and experience in building AI-powered features
Comfortable in fast-moving, early-stage environments—able to shift gears, solve ambiguous problems, and pitch in beyond a typical PM role
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A mix of humility, curiosity, and a bias for action
