Title
Operating Room Registered Nurse - Trauma Surgery

Schedule
- Shift: Variable days/evenings; 8s, 10s, or 12s
- Call: Monday-Friday 2100-0630
- Weekend shifts: Saturday/Sunday 0630-1900 and 1900-0630; up to 3 weekend shifts per 13 weeks as needed

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience
- Experience with both Ophthalmology and Liver Transplant required
- Proficiency in at least 2 of the following service lines: Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Robotics
- RN compact or state license required at submission
- BLS certification required
- Experience with EPIC charting required
- NIHSS certification preferred

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the operating room setting
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of the surgical environment
- Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor patient status continuously and respond to any changes in condition
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines during surgical procedures

Compliance / Notes
- Immediate completion of fingerprinting required after contracting
- References: Two professional references required; at least one must be from a manager/director
- Flu vaccine required; medical exemptions only for influenza vaccine
- Candidates must submit to one location only; unresponsive candidates risk push/cancel
