Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality patient care in the specialties of cardiac, neuro, thoracic, orthopedics, and vascular. Ideal candidates will possess strong clinical skills and be proficient in using the Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system. The RN will be responsible for managing patient care, assisting with medical procedures, and collaborating with the healthcare team to implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients with cardiac, neuro, thoracic, ortho, and vascular conditions.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring and assessing patient conditions and vital signs.
• Documenting patient care in the Epic EMR system.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for patient management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Strong experience in cardiac, neuro, thoracic, ortho, and vascular nursing.
• Proficiency with the Epic EMR system is required.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Years of experience: 2+ years preferred.
