New Rate: Up to $23/hr - $25/hr w/ Diff is at $27/hr Yorktown Assisted Living has immediate openings for Per Diem/Weekend Med Tech (Resident Medication Aide) and is offering competitive pay with great benefits. We offer the Following: Premium Compensation Great Benefits Package Professional Growth & Stability Paid Training Job Type: Full-time Benefits (full time/part time): 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance What you will do as a Med Tech (RMA) Assist with daily administration of medication to residents (assisted living/memory care) Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including medication distribution, ordering and reception, file management, and storage. Complete required incident reports as needed Provide supervision to the home health aides Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting with doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with other talented team members in daily support of residents Receive on-the-job training and discover opportunities for career growth and advancement Must have Certified Medication Aide, First Aid and/or CPR certifications, if required by state

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

Previous work history as a medication technician (1 year) US work authorization (Preferred) Work Location: One location
