VNB Auto Group is hiring a top-performing automotive sales professional ready to take their career to the next level.
We're seeking driven, experienced sales professionals who know how to establish strong relationships, close deals, and foster repeat business. If you're a self-starter, a team player, and have 3+ years of proven automotive sales success, this is where you belong.
What You'll Do:
- Engage customers in the showroom and online to identify needs and match them with the right vehicle
- Manage the full sales process from lead to delivery
- Deliver an exceptional buying experience every time
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
- Meet and exceed monthly goals with confidence and consistency
- Crush customer service surveys, and get loads of 5-star online reviews

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience
- Excellent closing skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a consultative role
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies
- Valid driver's license
Preferences:
- Bilingual proficiency: Spanish/Chinese/Mandarin
