Key Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license
• Previous experience in school nursing or pediatrics preferred
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a K-12 setting
• CPR and First Aid certifications
• Adaptable and compassionate approach to student care

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver health services, first aid, illness care, and medication administration to students onsite each school day
• Develop and implement care plans for students with acute or chronic conditions
• Work closely with school staff, parents, and external healthcare providers to support student wellness and safety
• Maintain accurate student health records per school and regulatory standards
• Promote disease prevention and healthy practices throughout the school community
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and provide leadership in health-related situations
• Educate students and staff on health topics and advocate for students’ well-being
