About this position Flying S Title & Escrow is a subsidiary of Title Financial Corporation. We seek a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Great Falls, MT . This position is an entry-level role with opportunities to learn, grow, and advance. Can prioritize tasks and notify others when assistance is needed. Has proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite or related software, and the ability to learn new programs quickly. Must have a High School diploma or equivalent. Ability to operate a motor vehicle and have a valid driver’s license. At least one year of related experience in customer service or a related field is required. Previous experience in an office, Title, Escrow, or Banking is a plus. About the position This position is responsible for answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate person. It is typically the first point of contact when guests arrive, providing a positive experience. This role includes greeting guests, directing them, and delivering excellent customer service. It also provides administrative and clerical support to the escrow department and is responsible for opening orders and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of title orders. Job Duties Answer telephone calls and route them to appropriate individuals or departments. Take accurate messages professionally and courteously. Greet clients and address their questions and concerns. Direct clients to the appropriate individuals or departments as needed. Accept earnest money and provide the applicable party with an accurate receipt. Deposit earnest money in accordance with company policies and procedures and customer requirements. Process title orders received from clients via email, fax, telephone, or in person by inputting data into the current production system. Check order information, legal descriptions, addresses, buyer/seller names, and property data for completeness and accuracy. Obtain needed information and clarification from the appropriate co-worker. Research, create, and deliver information and reports required for property profiles, such as chain of title, tax statements, assessments, plat maps, demographics, legal descriptions, and parcel numbers. Perform clerical tasks such as mail duties, filing, ordering supplies, typing documents, making copies, scanning documents, recording, obtaining assessments, and light bookkeeping. Adapt to change positively and productively as job responsibilities evolve. Adhere to all company policies and standards, including prompt, predictable, and regular attendance. May use a company or personal vehicle to deliver information to clients, banks, courthouses, etc. Other duties as required. Education and Experience Must be at least 18 years old. At least one year of relevant work experience. Previous experience using a personal computer, including data entry or related tasks. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
