Open Eyes Vision Center is looking for a driven, organized, and people-focused clinic lead with excellent customer service skills to support our doctor in creating outstanding memorable patient visits. This is a perfect role for someone who enjoys people- helping them feel welcome and comfortable understanding their healthcare benefits and eye care needs. Providing outstanding patient care is our goal! What You’ll Do: Focus on the day-to-day operations of our established optometry clinic Make patient scheduling and insurance verification part of your daily preparations Interact directly with patients in the clinic, from check in to check out Learn to verify and explain insurance benefits to patients Patiently work with patients to help them understand their health care costs Become a master at verifying medical and vision benefits Learn to perform and train every staff role within the clinic Prepare weekly clinic performance reports and data as needed Ensure every patient enjoys an efficient, welcoming, patient-centered experience Earn performance-based bonuses What We’re Looking For: Customer service superstar who creates outstanding experiences for patients Strong organizational and multitasking skills – you know how to keep the plates spinning Previous medical clinic or front desk experience preferred but not required Computer experience and aptitude to learn new software Spanish speaking is a plus (not required) Salary based on proven experience and qualifications Schedule: Full-time five days per week Saturdays are required – our busiest clinic days What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses Health & dental insurance 401(k) PTO and paid training Real opportunities for career growth and advancement Job Type: Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr Open Eyes Vision Center
