Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) help support adults with developmental disabilities who live in our Cuyahoga County Group Homes. As a DSP, you will help people with their daily needs and be a friendly, reliable person they see and trust each day.

Openings:  

• Full-Time 40 hours weekly positions available
• Part-Time 24 hours weekly position available
• Duties: Help with everyday living skills such as cleaning, cooking, bathing, getting dressed, and eating. Provides transportation to and from activities and medical appointments. 
• Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time options available (every other weekend/holiday required)
  
  • 1st Shift: 6:00am-2:00pm
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00pm-10pm
  • *Weekend Warrior Shift: Saturdays & Sundays 6:00am-6:00pm (12hr Shift)
• Location Options: Solon or Oakwood Village, Ohio

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ohio Driver's License with less than 6 points
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Previous direct care experience preferred
