Human Resources Manager (bi-lingual) - Tempe Mission Palms

Overview The Human Resources Manager will oversee all areas of the Human Resources function for our hotel. Responsibilities include payroll/compensation, colleague retention, employee relations, colleague onboarding, recognition, benefits, leadership development and training, and running the office in the Human Resources Director’s absence. Responsibilities Manage payroll and compensation. Drive colleague retention and recognition. Maintain employee relations and resolve conflicts. Oversee colleague onboarding and training. Administer benefits and HRIS systems. Develop leadership programs. Run the office during the Director’s absence. Qualifications Excellent employee relations skills and ability to resolve conflict positively. Hotel union and labor relations experience a plus. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 2+ years of Human Resources Management in a Hotel/Resort preferred. Experience in HRIS and Payroll (Dimensions/Kronos) preferred.
