Entry-Level Sales Representative

Are you outgoing, motivated, and looking for an opportunity to build professional experience in sales and customer engagement?

NBT Enterprises is seeking motivated individuals to join our Beaverton team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives . This position is designed for individuals who enjoy working with people, are motivated by goals, and want to develop practical skills in sales, communication, and customer relations.

Previous sales experience is not required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help new team members learn the role and develop their professional skills.

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll represent our clients through direct, face-to-face customer interactions. You'll learn how to identify customer needs, communicate product and service information, and create positive customer experiences.

Specific responsibilities may vary depending on the client and campaign and can include:

• Engage with prospective customers through professional, face-to-face interactions
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and preferences
• Present relevant products and service options
• Explain product features, services, promotions, and available offers
• Answer customer questions and provide clear, accurate information
• Represent client brands professionally and positively
• Build rapport and develop positive customer relationships
• Maintain knowledge of current products, services, and campaign information
• Work toward individual and team performance objectives
• Participate in ongoing sales, communication, and product training
• Collaborate with team members to support client and campaign goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations throughout the Beaverton area
• Ability to work in an in-person, customer-facing environment

• Authorized to work in the United States
