Proposal Consultant

Responsibilities develop and produce effective sales materials, primarily Requests for Proposals manage, complete, and produce proposal requests for visible and complex opportunities develop strategy plan appropriate for project requirements assume overall responsibility for proposal activities such as planning, organizing timeline and project deliverables research appropriate project responses through supplied databases and other identified sources manage multiple projects to meet deadlines while achieving desired output manage documents to eliminate redundancies and ensure responses align with questions Requirements Bachelor’s Degree preferred; degree in Marketing, English, or Journalism recommended Three plus years financial industry experience and/or three to five years proposal management experience Workplace Investing product knowledge across all products is preferred but not required strong written and verbal communication skills Outstanding organizational and time management skills Excellent project management skills ability to effectively manage all moving parts and complete all deliverables within tight timeframes strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with business partners and team members at all levels of the organization Strong collaboration and networking skills; Excellent attention to detail and resource utilization ability to work with minimal supervision #J-18808-Ljbffr
