Job Title: Instructor/Training and Development – Onsite Job (Travel Required)

Location:  Everett, WA 98204
Duration: 1+ months (Possibility for multiple extensions.)

Pay Range: $30-$32/hr + Milage Expense Reimbursement 
Note: The hiring manager is seeking candidates with prior training or instructional experience. Curriculum client specific training will be provided for this role. 

Job Description

We are seeking an Aerospace Production Certification Instructor to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technical aerospace instruction and a proven ability to deliver hands-on training that supports production certification outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver instructor-led training across aerospace production disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, sealing, and EHS topics.
• Teach and assess hands-on skills such as aircraft electrical installation, functional test troubleshooting, crimping, soldering, and basic mechanical tasks.
• Instruct on aircraft assembly practices, heavy structure drilling, bonding and grounding, blueprint reading, production standards, and functional test fundamentals.
• Provide training on aircraft sealant preparation and application to components in accordance with specifications.
• Deliver Environmental Health and Safety instruction, including Confined Space, Lock Out Tag Tryout (LOTTO), DOT awareness, and Fall Protection.
• Evaluate learner proficiency, provide feedback, and document completion to support certification requirements.
• Travel to training sites as scheduled and maintain readiness of training materials and equipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong technical background in aerospace production or maintenance with hands-on proficiency.
• Ability to instruct technical courses and translate procedures, blueprints, and standards into practical training.
• Experience with aircraft electrical installations, functional testing, troubleshooting, crimping, and soldering.
• Knowledge of aircraft assembly, heavy structure drilling, bonding and grounding, and mechanical fabrication basics.
• Familiarity with aircraft systems operations, production standards, and functional test principles.
• Experience applying aircraft sealants, including surface preparation and compliant application methods.
• EHS instructional capability in Confined Space, LOTTO, DOT, and Fall Protection topics.
• US citizenship per client policy.
