Bring your expertise as a School Psychologist or School Psychometrist to a dynamic contract opportunity serving K-12 students in the vibrant Mobile, AL area. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in school settings and are passionate about supporting students’ academic and emotional development through comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations.

As part of this assignment, you’ll enjoy a full-time, on-site schedule working closely with a dedicated team. The work will be predominantly itinerant, engaging with various campuses as testing needs arise. While the specifics of your assigned schools will be finalized as the start date approaches, you’ll have the rewarding chance to make a meaningful impact across a diverse student population.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in School Psychology or School Psychometry
• Active, valid professional license as a School Psychometrist
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting data
• Familiarity working with K-12 students across multiple campuses
• Ability to present clear, up-to-date license documentation
• Strong communication skills and adaptability for itinerant assignments

Responsibilities:

• Administer, score, and interpret a variety of psychological and educational tests
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and administrators for student support planning
• Maintain clear records and prepare comprehensive reports
• Travel between schools based on assessment needs
• Ensure all the work is compliant with district and state regulations

This position is set for October 1, 2026, through May 26, 2027, with a possible extension for ESY and the next school year, based on performance. On-site interviews will be held August 26, 2026, with scheduling reopening after September 4 if needed.
