THE WORK We are seeking an exceptional individual to support the Aegis System Equipped Vessel (ASEV) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. The selected candidate will provide leadership and drive program execution in support of the ASEV Senior Program Manager across a fast-paced and dynamic contract environment. Responsibilities include leading cross-program coordination efforts, managing critical program activities, supporting the development and delivery of proposals and cost estimates, and interfacing with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on program objectives and execution priorities. This position will also serve as the Program Manager for the ASEV J8 Combat System, with responsibility for ensuring the successful and timely execution of software development, system integration, and test activities. The candidate will be expected to effectively manage multiple priorities, mitigate program risks, and collaborate across functional organizations to achieve on-time and on-budget program commitments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a highly dynamic environment and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. This position is located in Moorestown, New Jersey. • Experience leading cross-functional teams to accomplish program objectives.
• Demonstrated abilities in cost estimation and proposal development.

• Ability to travel to support key program events.

• Demonstrated experience in working across functional organizations.

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. This position is incentive plan eligible.
