More than 150 preowned units are available, in addition to new inventory. What We're Looking For: Motivated individuals with a passion for luxury automobiles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Sales experience is a plus, but not required - we provide comprehensive training. REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to operate technology of vehicles, phone and computer as well as social media. All applicants must be at least 19 years old, and able to pass pre-employment testing which includes background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license for at least 3 years. #J-18808-Ljbffr
