Education & Experience

• BS in EE, ME, or other physical/chemical sciences • 3+ years applicable experience in fabrication of semiconductor and/or thin film devices • Knowledge of thin film fabrication processes, equipment failure analysis, thin film equipment component upgrade/modification • High-vacuum tool operation and troubleshoot/repair • Photolithography process experience • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word • Experience and knowledge on Statistical Process Control • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to the organization • Experience with AutoCAD a plus

Skills

• Mechanical design, Computer-aided design (CAD)
• Generate detailed drawings of systems and mechanical components
• Transform designs into processes that improve chip yield
• Waste Water Treatment Certification, Hazardous Material Training
• Test Equipment Set up, Operation and Troubleshooting
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Demonstrated ability to analyze wafer measurements and resolve issues related to measurements that are out of process capability
• Ability to solve problems in a timely and quality manner
• Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Ability to anticipate and handle multiple programs and priorities

Working Conditions

• This position is on-site
• May require occasional off-site meetings or travel
• Regular use of a computer and other office equipment is necessary
• Interaction with team members and external contacts is a regular part of the job
• May require occasional overtime and flexibility in work hours to accommodate the executive's needs

Physical Requirements

• Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer or conducting meetings.
• Use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents.
• Occasional lifting of objects or materials up to 20 pounds for administrative tasks.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Mobility within the office environment to attend meetings or interact with colleagues.
