Qualifications:

• Active MA BCBA credential required
• Background in school-based settings or working with K-12 populations
• Strong understanding of behavioral assessments, intervention strategies, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and support staff
• Commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for students across K-12
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Provide consultation and training to school staff and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
• Maintain detailed records and comply with all regulatory and ethical guidelines
• Support a positive learning environment and facilitate social, emotional, and academic growth
