Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Snapshot / Role Overview:
We're seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician in the Las Vegas metro to keep critical building systems running at peak performance.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment, including RTUs, chillers, and boilers.
- Perform preventive maintenance on packaged units, split systems, and related controls.
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and airflow problems in the field.
- Respond to service calls and prioritize work based on urgency and client needs.
- Document findings, repairs, and recommendations clearly for each site.
- Communicate with customers and dispatch on job status and next steps.
- Maintain tools, truck stock, and safety compliance on every call.
- Recommend repairs or replacement options that improve system performance.
