What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient family medicine services to patients of all ages, including children and adults
• Conduct comprehensive exams and diagnose common medical conditions
• Prescribe treatments, medications, and necessary procedures
• Document patient encounters using EPIC electronic health record system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care
• Work in a dynamic environment with mobile clinic and brick-and-mortar settings
• Engage in community outreach and health education activities

What You Need

• California medical license (in-hand)
• DEA registration
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience
• Fluency in Spanish preferred
• Ability to work at both mobile and brick-and-mortar clinics

• Board Certification in Family Practice (preferred but not required; Board Eligible candidates accepted)
• Experience with outpatient primary care
