Welltower is seeking an independent Field Inspector to oversee CapEx and Redevelopment projects across its senior living and multifamily portfolio. The role ensures quality workmanship, adherence to design standards, and accurate reporting that informs executive leadership. You will conduct inspections, audit plans and budgets, document findings with photos, and drive continuous improvement while supporting operator feedback on disruptions.
