Prep cooks will have oversite of prep operations during their shift.

• Pay: Starting at $17 with raises every 90 days up to $19/hr in the first year of employment!

Areas of Focus (including but not limited to):

• Handling high volume in a full service restaurant
• Showcasing pride and ownership over products made
• Efficient in portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen standards
• Stocking and product management including waste control
• Keeping things clean and organized
• Following all food safety standards and procedures

Requirements :

• Those with previous experience excel well in this fast paced environment, however we can work with any skill set if you bring the drive and motivation to learn.
