Senior - Technical Operator

Technical OperatorHoplite Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Technical Operator to support mission-facing cyber and technical operations across complex network infrastructure environments. This role will focus on guiding blended operational solutions, overseeing the testing and validation of technical capabilities, coordinating mission planning materials, and working closely with leadership, engineering teams, and mission partners to address strategic capability gaps and support priority mission requirements.Responsibilities:Work with Division leadership and multi-discipline team to define and shape blended operations to address strategic capability gapsWork with leadership to guide teams developing operational solutions to complex technical challengesWork with team in providing insight and support to areas such as network analysis across multiple networks to identify common technologies that could advance operationsKnowledge and experience working with partners, and the ability to foster and maintain relationships with mission partnersExperience overseeing technical development efforts performed by partners outside of the organizationWork with client officers in providing direction and support across cyber operationsProvide direct support in overseeing, steering and consulting in engineering technology areas, vulnerability research, and network models directly related to mission successMandatory Requirements:Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field, with a minimum of 20 years' experience in a relevant technical field to the positionActive Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance, with polygraphDemonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex mission critical ideas and technical topics to audiences with varied technical and operational background, and at varying seniority levels of the Sponsor's organizationDemonstrated understanding of penetration testing, defensive methodologies and network intrusion responseAbility to support the design and deployment of bespoke infrastructureDemonstrated expertise in drafting and coordinating formal correspondencesAbility to travel CONUS and OCONUS to support mission requirementsExperience working with the fieldExperience working on complex projects in a multi-agency teamExperience planning, deconflicting, and collaborating on technical and/or cyber operations with mission partnersDesired Requirements:OCONUS operational travel experience
