Engineering Director – Healthcare Facilities

Location: Southeast US

Schedule: Full time, day shift

Senior leadership opportunity overseeing hospital engineering and facilities operations within a large multi site healthcare environment.

What You Will Do

Lead facilities, maintenance, and engineering teams
Oversee capital projects, infrastructure, and operational planning
Manage budgets, resources, and project execution
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Partner with leadership on long term facility strategy
Drive operational efficiency and system improvements
Support readiness for audits and inspections
Guide implementation of facility technologies and upgrades

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
Extensive leadership experience in healthcare facilities or engineering operations
Strong background in maintenance, construction, and systems oversight
Experience with compliance and regulatory environments
Energy or safety certifications preferred
