Settle into a Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 4:30 PM, knowing each day holds the promise of dynamic challenges and rewarding interactions. Imagine starting your day by answering the main office line, setting the tone for impeccable customer support. You'll collaborate with Estimators, Project Managers, and Foremen, capturing vital information and inputting it into Contractor Foreman Projects. You'll craft and manage schedules, communicate with sub-contractors, and keep everyone updated on project progress. Your organizational skills will shine as you input and organize essential project data and handle financial aspects. At the heart of it all, you'll be the key player in ensuring projects unfold smoothly and clients' expectations are exceeded. We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who is patient, people-oriented, highly ambitious, outgoing, and can meet the following qualifications: Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office, Contractor Foreman, and OneDrive Experience in reporting, data entry, and customer service Typing speed of 60 WPM or more Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Communicates effectively and brings positivity to interactions Ready to be part of a team that creates construction legacies?
