A growing, independent wealth management firm is seeking a Senior Client Service Associate to support high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients while partnering closely with senior advisors.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications and service requests
• Support client onboarding, account maintenance, and ongoing relationship management
• Prepare for client meetings, including materials, notes, and follow-up
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to senior advisors
• Manage client information, records, and CRM systems
• Track advisor priorities, projects, and client commitments
• Support business development and advisor networking efforts
• Identify opportunities to improve client service, processes, and advisor efficiency
• Own a designated firm-wide specialty, leading projects, improving workflows, and establishing best practices

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of client service experience; wealth management or investment management experience preferred
• Experience supporting high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients strongly preferred
• Family office experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills; Salesforce experience a plus
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Strong judgment, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of initiatives
• High emotional intelligence and strong client-service orientation
• Securities licenses are a plus; Series 65 may be required depending on responsibilities
