We’re looking for full‑time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Aiken, SC area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States. About the Position of Assistant Manager As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Assistant Managers enforce established policies, procedures and standards, schedule mechanics/technicians, manage outside orders, ensure quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations, and maintain the safety of team members. About the Position of Service Manager The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. To ensure complete customer satisfaction by delivering high‑quality vehicle repair and maintenance, Service Managers direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, stage vehicle repair/maintenance work, drive the sales initiatives of Mavis, communicate directly with customers, assess customer needs, provide information regarding requested or necessary automotive repairs, and strive to meet customer expectations. To be eligible for the position of Automotive Assistant / Service Manager, you must:

• 1) be at least 18 years of age;
• 2) be legally authorized to work in the United States;
• 3) possess (i) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, (ii) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or (iii) any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
