Job Title : Product Manager
Location: Plano Texas, ( Hybrid, Onsite)
Duration:11 Months contract
We are seeking a highly experienced Product Manager to lead product strategy, innovation, and execution for customer-focused digital products and experiences within the automotive/financial services space.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic and hands-on product leader who can identify value-creation opportunities, translate business strategy into innovative digital products, and lead cross-functional teams through complex initiatives. This role requires strong customer empathy, business acumen, technology fluency, analytical problem-solving, and transformational leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business and customer objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences and create sustainable business value through technology and innovation.
- Translate complex business strategies and customer needs into intuitive, scalable, and consumer-facing digital products.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, data, analytics, marketing, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver products from concept through launch and continuous improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across the organization without direct authority.
- Use customer insights, data, research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and make product decisions.
- Establish product goals, success metrics, KPIs, and measurement strategies to evaluate product performance.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and risk.
- Drive execution excellence by managing product roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as:
- Statistics
- Economics
- Operations Research
- Analytics
- Mathematics
- Computer Science
- Computer Engineering
- Software Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Information Systems
- Related quantitative discipline
- OR Bachelor's degree in any field with 4+ years of Product Management experience .
- Strong experience in product management, product strategy, digital product development, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and complex product initiatives.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products .
- Experience in Auto, Automotive Finance, Consumer Finance, Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech .
- Experience developing digital customer experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Experience using customer research, analytics, experimentation, and market insights to drive product decisions.
- Experience managing products throughout the full lifecycle, from discovery and strategy through launch and optimization.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments.
- Experience with data-driven product management and KPI/OKR development.
- Experience partnering with engineering, UX/UI, data science, and analytics teams.
