We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring they receive exceptional support and assistance. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products and services with professionalism and efficiency.

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide detailed product and service information to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and recommend solutions.
