Opportunity:

Physical Therapist - Physical Therapy

Job Details:

• 13-week contract with 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 8-10 hour flexible day shifts between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM
• No weekend or holiday shifts required
• No float, on-call, or call back requirements
• Treat 8-10 patients per 8-hour day in a busy outpatient rural clinic setting
• Handle a wide variety of conditions including mixed orthopedics, some neurology, and all age ranges (no pediatrics beyond basic orthopedics)
• Master's Degree or DPT required
• General PT and orthopedic skills required
• Required certifications: AHA or ARC BLS and Wisconsin PT license
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Business casual attire required
• Must be able to manage independently, complete tasks timely, and adapt well to change
• Contractor must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility

The clinic provides care for mixed orthopedic and neurological conditions across various age groups, emphasizing independent practice and adaptability. The facility utilizes Epic for charting and maintains a professional, patient-focused environment dedicated to delivering quality rehabilitative care to the surrounding community.
