Seasonal Team MemberThe Seasonal Team Member supports store operations during our peak business period by assisting with merchandising, freight, front-end operations, and customer service. This role works across multiple areas of the store, including the sales floor, front end, stockroom, and receiving areas, to help maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked environment and deliver a customer-focused shopping experience. Note: This is a seasonal/temporary position intended to provide additional staffing support during peak business periods. Employment in this role is temporary in nature and does not guarantee ongoing employment. Seasonal Team Members are welcome to apply for regular part-time or full-time positions for which they qualify as opportunities become available.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSDemonstrates a positive attitude, works with a sense of urgency, and executes assigned responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures.Contributes to a customer-focused environment while providing exceptional customer service.Works collaboratively with Team Members and leadership to achieve store goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.Performs cashier and front-end duties as assigned, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and efficiently while delivering a positive shopping experience.Processes freight; sorts, stocks, and replenishes merchandise in designated areas in accordance with store merchandising guidelines.Performs store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks as assigned, both inside and outside the building.Completes assigned tasks and workload requirements efficiently and within established timeframes.Supports customer satisfaction, inventory accuracy, shrink reduction, safety, and loss prevention initiatives to help ensure the store operates effectively and profitably.Performs all other duties as assigned based on business needs.QUALIFICATIONSMust be at least 18 years of age.High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and select holidays.Strong verbal, written, and comprehension skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established standards and processes.Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and ethical behavior in all interactions with customers, team members, and leadership.Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.WORKING CONDITIONSAbility to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing and walking for extended periods, as well as frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching.Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. independently and participate in team lifts up to 100 lbs.Climb ladders and work at varying heights as needed.Comfortable working in a retail environment that includes the sales floor, stockroom, and receiving areas, with exposure to varying temperatures.Safely operate standard retail equipment, including pallet jacks, rolling carts, and balers.Perform repetitive motions, including lifting, pushing, and pulling.SUMMARY OF BENEFITS Part-Time Seasonal25% Store DiscountJob InfoJob Identification 22651Posting Date 07/06/2026, 12:00 AMJob Schedule Part timeLocations 1891 E Williams Field Rd, Gilbert, AZ, 85295, US
