Requirements The site is looking for coverage for the dates below and ongoing. 6/10/26 orientation, 6/11(7a)-6/16(7a) ongoing opportunities 6/25(7a)-6/30(7a) 7/2(7a)-7/6(7a) 7/31(7a)-8/3(7a) 8/28(7a)-8/31(7a) UPHS Marquette Urology Call Coverage 24hr Call Coverage 7a-7a In-House Call: No Response time to be onsite is within 20 minutes. Call Details • Typically, 2-4 calls per night ; 1-2 expected onsite call-ins. • Patients Per Shift: Approx 1-5 • Average Call Numbers per 24 Hours: 2-5 IP • Physicians are not required to remain on-site while providing night or weekend call support but are required to round and discharge. • When on call, physicians should only be on site for call-back hours while providing direct care. • Physicians are required to provide supporting notes on their timesheet entries to verify call-back hours. • Physicians must document on the timesheet the specific reason for the call-back and should have a description such that the note can be validated if an audit report was generated in an electronic health record. • Telephone call and medical record reviews should not be considered on site call-back. • Average onsite call-back hours expected: 2-4 hours per day • Pt Consults • Any on call questions/Transfers/Consult questions Expected amount of time spent on-site: • If assignment is strictly 24-hour call: 2-4 hours per day of rounding, and remaining hours on-call with call-back. Inpatient/Rounding • Rounding to be done by locum provider on new admissions., and any inpatient who needs to be rounded on Other details/Expectations: • Common hospital procedures: • Kidney stones • Consults on CBI • Stents • Hematuria management • Difficult cath placements
