Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Benefits Administrator for a fully remote role supporting a multi-state workforce. This position centers on customer service and guiding employees through benefits, leaves of absence, and accommodations with empathy and confidence. The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of benefits and leave administration experience, strong knowledge of FMLA/ADA, and experience with HRIS platforms (ADP Workforce Now).
