Talent Engagement Specialist

Experience: 1 year of customer service and administrative experience Education: Not specified Type: Seasonal (through end of November, possibly early December) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM Logic Staffing is seeking a Talent Engagement Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description Complete daily submission and tracking of new hire credentials and compliance documentation Audit, update, and maintain accurate records for New Starts, Compliance, and related reporting data Submit and track employee extension requests upon reaching the 90-day mark Communicate proactively and collaborate with the office administration team on staffing and operational needs Prepare and distribute weekly offboarding reports to ensure timely employee deactivation Participate in weekly and monthly strategy meetings to review processes and operational updates Process approved employee transfer upload requests and ensure accurate system updates Troubleshoot account and system issues with superusers and provide ongoing operational support Monitor and manage daily payroll processes, including timesheet review/approval and bill rate updates Support onboarding, offboarding, HR processes, client events, invoicing, reporting, and other operational projects as assigned Position Requirements Hard skills: Basic Excel skills; comfortable working across multiple systems for payroll, compliance, and reporting Soft skills: Professional interpersonal and communication skills; strong organizational and multitasking ability; proactive collaborator across teams; comfortable troubleshooting and problem-solving in a fast-paced administrative environment Full health benefits (medical, dental, and vision) 401(k) plus company matching Weekly pay Logic Staffing is part of Array Corporation, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.
