Required Skills:

• Valid RN licensure with current state nursing license
• Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in patient assessment, medication administration, and documentation
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings

Nice to Have Skills:

• ACLS certification
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• BLS certification
• Ability to handle complex cases with confidence and compassion

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a medical-surgical unit or similar specialty
• Relevant certifications such as ACLS and NIH Stroke Scale preferred

Other Requirements:

• No local candidates within 50 miles; this position requires relocation or commute
• 13-week schedule with 12-hour night shifts (7pm-7am)
• Must possess current BLS & NIH certifications; ACLS preferred
• Valid state licensure and relevant specialty experience required
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with adherence to all safety protocols
