This role is a hands‑on, high‑impact partner responsible for elevating the quality of hiring across the organization. You’ll own the front lines of talent—sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates with rigor and intention—while working side‑by‑side with leaders to ensure we hire individuals who align with our mission, values, and performance expectations. Required Qualifications High School or better. Excellent organizational, time management, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work with versatility and flexibility. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience working effectively in a fast‑paced behavioral health, high‑volume recruiting, or similarly demanding environment. Demonstrated skills in behavioral interviewing, candidate assessment, and identifying hiring risks. Commitment to confidentiality, ethical decision making, and professional integrity. Knowledge of employment law, interviewing best practices, and strategies to reduce hiring risks and bias. High levels of accountability, follow through, and attention to detail. Exceptional communication, coaching, and facilitation skills. Ability to give and receive constructive feedback professionally. Must be 21 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors or better in Human Resource Administration or related field. Experience recruiting in behavioral health, healthcare, corrections, or similar service‑driven environments. Experience training or coaching hiring managers on interviewing, assessment, or selection processes. HR certification. Required Experience 3–5 years experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, interviewing, HR support, or related HR roles. Advanced computer proficiency, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), HRIS, ATS, internet navigation, and electronic documentation systems.
